To Whom It May Concern:

This letter of reference is directed regarding Marcin Tandecki, who has been our Technical Volunteer for 2 years.

Marcin generously volunteered his time and skills, to the NWLRC, the development and facilitation of the NWLRC website. He developed the original site, provided skills training to secondary school youth who were interested in assisting with the website's development and maintenance.

Without his coming forward to offer his services and expertise, the NWLRC would have not been enabled to quickly have it's successful site in place. Marcin reflected professional expertise, had an extremely positive influence on the youth who became involved in this project. He understood the dynamics necessary to develop a successful website, for a very diverse community and how to set it up for future growth.

The NWLRC would like to thank Marcin for his time and skills in our successful website development. I would like to personally thank him for the time he took to become involved when we so desperately needed a volunteer in this field. We wish him the very best of luck in his future endeavors.
